Import Guest List on the Knot

I am trying to import my guest list but when I hit the upload button it doesn't do anything? Should I do something else? LOL i'm not computer savvy!

    I'm not sure, but I have heard some bad stories about the Knot's tools.  I think people have lost their entire guest list before due to a glitch.  Just a he said she said kind of story but still makes me wary.

    Okay well I will just keep my excel file then and just do it the old fashioned way.

    @belltop: Yikes! That's scary! I'm going to make a back up copy on Excel right now! Better safe than sorry!

    We have our Excel file, but it's also my understanding that you have to download the Knot.com template first.

    Yes I got the template that's what i've been using but just wanted to put it on the knot as a back up.
