Does anyone know if they charge an admission for the gardens? I want to have engagement pics taken here and I was wondering if anyone knew.

    I don't believe so. The Vines Gardens are a public park, I believe.

    Yep, definitely a public park, owned by Gwinnett County. The Vines Mansion is a wedding venue (and is connected to the park), but the park is open to all. Shouldn't cost you anything to take as many pics there as you want!
