requesting a second (private) tasting

Hey All
We did a tasting for our reception (heavy hors d'oevres) and were disappointed.  Any tips on requesting a private tasting?  The food is such a huge investment (we don't want to get out of our contract....no caterers possible....have to use their food).  I would think they'd want to make us happy

    What's your venue? I would think you could do another tasting but they might charge you. Let us know what they say. Good luck.

    Emory Conference Hotel...I knew it would be 'hotel' food but never imagined that it would be that bad.  You just spend so much money on the food/bev, you know?  I'm scheduliing a second organized tasting with her and then we'll go from there if we're still not happy

    Why not just contact them, and tell them you were displeased with the food at your first tasting and was wondering if you could a) speak to the banquet/food coordinator and b) have a second tasting?
