QOTD 12/3/10

When it comes to vendors, which is more important to you - a great price or excellent customer service? And by that I mean that they do actually show up with the services and everything is correct, but dealing with them was a hassle.

I think that I could deal with frustrating customer service for the right price - as long as all the stuff gets there on the day of. I would, of course, draw the line at them being flat out rude to me.

Customer service is more important.  If they don't return calls or emails or are not nice, I don't care what the price is.  It doesn't have to be excellent (they don't have to kiss my butt, haha), but I can't stand non-responsiveness.

Customer service is definitely more important.  There are a million vendors in Atlanta, so if they want my $, they should work to get it.  I agree with Cranberry, they don't have to kiss my butt, they just have to care enough to work with me and come through with their end of the deal.
