We are using Splash of Life Portraits they are in Alabama but close enough to GA. They do charge a fee if you're over 45 miles away though. I'm doing the four hour package for $300.

Catherine and Mike of In The Moment Photographs are great!  They have packages that will fit in your budget.  We did our engagement shoot with them, and it was a lot of fun, and the pictures were so nice.  They even did a little picture montage set to music, which we did not expect.
