Pristine Wedding Chapel

Hi ladies,

Have any of you either used them or know someone who has? I've been to a wedding there and it was really nice but I'd like to get some opinions on what you did or didn't like, etc.

Thanks!

Tasha

I've been to  weddings there, twice! Before choosing my venue, I also went to one of their open houses.  They are very professional, the photographer -Joanna Henderson takes wonderful pictures. It's basically a one-stop shop, DJ, photographer, coordinator, and getaway car. The lake and gazebo are beautiful.
There was just one major negative though (1) Depending on the number of guests you have, it maybe a bit too small. One of my friends had about 50-100 guests and for that many guests they split the ballroom in half. You have to pay for the other half of the room separately if you want more space. So the dance floor was very small, literally it was the length of the room but about 10-15ft wide. (2) My other friend had 300 guests and the ballroom was too small. (3) The food was just. ok.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks doll!

We're right at 120 or so guests and I'm planning from DC so I'm trying to get as much information before flying down as possible.

    Thanks again!

I went to a wedding at Pristine. The venue is BEAUTIFUL!! However, when driving to Pristine, you would not think that a beautiful venue would be in the area that it is in. HOWEVER, the food that I had at the wedding was DISGUSTING! The chicken was undercooked.... and personally, I would have been disappointed to pay money for their food and it taste the way it did. Should you decided to go with Pristine, please make sure you taste the food prior to signing a contract.

I will be having my wedding there this year. Some things to be careful of
    1. Demand to see the photographer ASAP dont wait because if you do the payments are well over $100.00 a week.
    2. Memorial candle you DO NOT have to buy their's.
    3. Do your research.
Personally I'm real scared so help me GOD they mess up my day I will be contacting a lawyer.

Thanks Ladies for posting. I am considering my wedding there as well, but I will be addressing all of these issues. Also check out the Kudzu website for reviews. Alot of reviews from 2006-2008 points out some things too.

Ok ladies I was the bride to be writing if they messed up my wedding I would contact a lawyer. NO LAWYER NEEDED!!!! OMG my day was unbeliveable and unforgettable. I was amazed how everyone was and how everything went. Brides please, please if you book there pay for the extra hour it's so worth it. I have not heard a negative word from anyone of my guest. Now mind you 90% of my guests were from New York and Pittsburgh PA. They all have high expectations. I'm a control freak like my mother and it's hard to give control to anyone but I did and these people know what they are doing. I promise you. This place gets a 200 plus thumbs up! Thanks again To Melanie, Tanisha, and Kevin. Oh yea by the way I work with a service dog and Kevin was so kind and thoughtful he made my service dog a plate of food. They remember the little things even white gloves to match my theme.
