They have a large selection of dresses, but didn't care for the store or the line of dresses they carried in general. My consultant was lovely and probably the best part of the experience (her name was Hope).   It's a large place and can be overwhelming because the layout didn't make it easy to find stuff. On another note, I had picked out several different designers they said they carried (per website) and when I went for my appt., they claimed they didn't care them. I can understand 1, but 3+ is pretty bad...how about updating the website?  If you want to go though, I'd make an appointment...

I actually went there yesterday and I bought my dress!!!

I agree with the PP that the layout of the store makes it difficult to find dresses, I didn't even go through the entire store. I went on a Saturday, so it was expectedly busy. I had a 1 o'clock appointment, but didn't get to try on dresses till around 3!!! Their dresses are arranged by style and size, rather than by designer. You are only allowed to try on 5 selections at a time, then you have to get back in line. I think they could be better organized, but my consultant (Piper) was very helpful. I did start to get impatient, but at the end of the day I found my dress, so that made the whole experience worthwhile. My advice would be to go on a weekday if you can, and know or at least have an idea of what you want before you go in, so you make the most of your time there. You don't need to have an appointment and I really don't think it makes much of a difference. Good luck and have fun shopping!

I  did not like New Natalies at all. It was the last of three shops I visited that day the others were Bride Beautiful and Alfred Angelo. New Natalies was cluttered, the saleswoman just directed me to dresses in my size and explained what the colored tags meant and then told me to have at it. When I picked out myfive someone in the fitting room area assisted with the try on. The whole experience was impersonal to me. I looooooooooved Alfred Angelo, the staff was sooo much more helpful, the dresses were alot more modern, The not only provided you with the proper bra for each gown but also allowed you to select a shoe of ideal height to try it on with. They also matched each gown I tried on with a headpiece so that I could visualize the full effect. Needless to say I bought my gown from Alfred Angelo :-). Anyway hope this helps!

I did not like New Natalies either. I just bought my dress from Winnie Couture and they were sooo attentive and had a great selection.

Like PP, I didn't care for they're style of service. Because the dresses were by style and size, I didn't really get to try on all the dresses I would have liked.

I'm also someone who can try on 20 dresses in less than a hour, so trying on 5, then having to wait again to try on more dresses was SUPER annoying.

New Natalies was my type of place.  It was the second I visited and although it's not all fancy pants like other stores, I liked the simplicity.  I was able to go on a Friday a.m. and then returned Saturday, and they (Maria) was very patient with my trying on the dress AGAIN and then leaving and coming back AGAIN and trying on the one that I ended up buying.  No pressure.  No rushing.  I'm not a boutique kind of gal.  I got a kick out of trying on dresses and standing up on that stage with other women with our 'audience' in the church pews.  I thought it was charming.  If you're looking for the frills of a fancy couch and beverages, don't go here.  But, the people were genuine.  No pushing.  BUT, I could totally see how it would appeal to perhaps a younger crowd.
