My Fiance and I have a 300 count reception guest list. Weve been searching for Georgia caterers that have good food but that are really really reasonable. Any suggestions? We are trying to stay away from double digits and really only want 2 meats, 2 starches (one being macaroni and cheese) & a vegetable. Or if anyone knows of any ideas to cut down pricing that would help also. One caterer said its cheaper to have silverware at the buffett stations as opposed to on the tables.

Oakwood cafe. For about $12 you can get a full buffet including tea, lemonade, and plastic ware.

Do you mean "double digits" as in less than $10 per person?! In what city are you getting married?

Try flavor sensations catering they have a very cheap catering menu anywhere from 5-12 per person!!!

In what city are you getting married? Atlanta-midtown? EAV? South Atlanta? Suburbs, etc.? That could help with some options.

Wild Oats Catering. We had a guest list of over 200, came down to about 125 the day of. We paid around $8,000 total for all rentals of dishes, flateware, glasses, etc. Shrimp scampi, Steak, loaded baked potato soup, caprase salad, veggies, omg it was so good.
