Trolley rental?

So I am wondering if anyone has ever rented from Cescaphe Trolley in Philadelphia? I emailed them and they have a pretty reasonable rate and can meet all my accommodations. I would love any feedback anyone may have on this company. The guys email was pretty laid back which is nice but it was t worded very.....professionally? But their website is legit and he got back to me pretty quickly with answers to all my questions. Any reviews would be so appreciated!

I rented the trolley for my wedding next June, so I obviously can't speak to how they will be that day, but I wanted to share that it seems like we had similar interactions with them. I get the impression that Joe (the owner) is exactly what you said: laid-back. I did book them, and they sent me a letter (not really a contract because I didn't need to sign it and send them a copy) confirming their services on my date. Joe said that he would call about 2 weeks before my wedding to get all the information about pick-up times, locations, etc. They have great reviews, and Cescaphe referred them to me, so I felt comfortable with my decision to book them. Sorry that probably wansn't very helpful!
