Anyone live in Sandy Springs/ Roswell?

I was driving on Azaliea (sp) off of Roswell road by the Chattahoochee and saw a walking path along the road. It's by the park and the Chattahoochee wildlife area.
Just curious as to how long the path might be and if you would consider it safe (drivers aren't indy car racers, etc.). TIA!

I wonder if Prince William and Kate are registered at Target?

I live in Roswell, but have no idea where that might be...

I live in SS and walk that area frequently. It's very flat so not much of a challenge but a nice walk. It is very safe. Last time I walked it a portion was flooded, but even that was no big deal. The entire path goes all the way down by Martin's Landing and to the end of Azalea Drive. In good weather there are lots of people walking most of the time. There are several places to park along the way so you could walk a short bit or up to 7 or 8 miles (I think). The link gives you a map of the walking paths in Roswell.

Vickery Creek is a good hike as well and it's just a mile or so north.

I live pretty close to the area and I think it's safe.  The path is definitely paved and well populated when the weather is nice!!!
