Formal Faces?

Hi,
Has anyone had trouble getting in touch with Formal Faces? Apparently they're having trouble with the automatic response feature, but I've also emailed Jennifer directly and haven't heard back. I emailed on the 16th.

Does anyone have another contact email for them?

I also made a request last week. When I didnt here back from them I called and on their voicemail it said they were on vacation, but to leave a message. i did and that afternoon received an email.
