Looking for a barn

I'm looking for a colonial style barn in Chester County for a guest list of just under 100. I currently live in Florida but I'm from the Delaware County area. Since the majority of the guest are still in and around the Delco area, I was hoping to find something within an hours drive from there. Does anyone have any ideas.

 It's not in Delco but close by near King of Prussia. There's a beautiful barn for weddings at the Audubon Center. Here is the link so you can get more information. Hope this helps. ~ Dawn

Look at Sweetwater Bed and Breakfast at Grace Winery.  My friend is getting married there and it's gorgeous.  They fixed up an old barn and the property has vineyards.  It's in Glen Mills, but still close to Chester Co.

Tinicum Barn was beautiful but I want an evening reception and the even needs to be over by 9 : Sweetwater is gorgeous but at 10k just for the barn rental that will put me over budget after food. I'm trying to keep my budget under 15k

Yeah, wow, Sweetwater is AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL, but way too much. Sad. I am looking for a rustic/barn space, too, but we are looking in NJ first-- makes it a bit harder. I haven't found the right place yet.   I don't know my counties of PA very well, but here are some spaces in PA I had found with barns. You'll have to check where they are. They are at the very most an hour from Philly, those are the only places i saved--

I found some really beautiful and budget friendly venues. The one that I'm going with is The Barn on Bridge owned by Robert Ryan Catering. They own a couple unique Venues at great prices. RoberRyanCatering.com

I'm leaning heavily towards Barn on Bridge in Collegeville. It's the only unique venue that I saw and literally took my breath away. I viewed plenty of others online and visited about 6 other places, and none gave me the feeling that Barn on Bridge did. I also felt like Stephanie is really flexible and willing to work with you and answer a million questions if you have them. I want to get the final blessing from my MOH, but I'm pretty sure even if she hated it, I would still book there.
