Philadelphia/DE wedding venue HELP!

I'm stuck with trying to find a wedding venue. Want to have my ceremony & reception at the same place. I'm in love with Front & Palmer and The Brantwyn Estate, both very Different.
I'd like a more modern/industrial location with an outside element, any ideas would be so very helpful! Cry

    Work up your budget, see if both fit, that will help you decide right there.  Then do a pro/con list--the relatives having coronaries getting to Front and Palmer might be a consideration (ck it out after dark if you're going to be there then and figure what you're doing for parking unless you have a shuttle running.  Let us know when you have more budget info maybe we can help you more.
