Quick question on tipping in Philly area...

In the Philly area, how much is the going rate for tips for:
 
1)  DJ
 
2)videographer

3) drivers of guest shuttle and bridal party shuttle. 

None are the owners of the companies we are using.

I was given a guide by a DOC in the area which said:

 $50-100 for the DJ

 20% for the shuttle driver (yikes)

I think about $50-100 for the videographer as well., that's what I'm doing for my second shooter and I put that in the same category.

Our limo company told us to tip the drive $150.  Its in our contract we need to  bring that in cash for him on the wedding day
