Videographer

Can anyone recommend a wideographer that they used and liked??? I am having a hard time finding one, and all the videos kind of look the same to me. We are looking to spend 1500-2000, and preferably one that has shot at the curtis center before since that is where our reception will be. Any info would be great help. Thanks ladies!!!

I am using a company called Family treasures. I do not have their info on me but they are not to pricey. I'm paying 950 for like 10 hours of coverage and two Cameras

Martins video comes highly recommended on the board and is very inexpensive.  Also my friend just used Kenneth Stillman and they were great.

I don't know how much it was, but Bride_to_be_2011 used Per Sempre, and her video is unbelievable.

Ken Stillman has changed his company name to marigold sky, not sure why. Per sempre was great, he is very talented. I do know he's in your price range but he had a baby in February and is not taking as many clients. I'm usng Jacob Shroeder - he and his wife are a husband and wife team (She does photos) though we are using only him.  Ours was $2000 for 8 hour package with two video guys I believe.

I've recently been in contact with Forever Lucky Films. Very cinematic/artistic. Not sure if the price would be considered affordable though - but man, cool work.

I inquired about several videographers recommended by different photographers I met with. Not one would give me a solid answer as to how much they charge. They all would say, "well I would prefer if we met to discuss your vision first". No, I am not wasting my time to have you tell me it was going to be like $5K or something. Also, if I could get a price range I was never able to get them to follow up with answers to my questions.

The only company to give me a straight answer on pricing and to actually answer all my questions in a timely manner was Martin's. Therefore, Martin's got my business.

Maybe you can ask your photographer for recs since they work along side videographers? But I understand it being hard to find one.

Me thinks its because of the horrendous rep he's gotten for late videos and his F rating from the BBB.
