Military/vet discount at any venues?

Thanks for reading this post! I'm recently engaged to army vet, and I was wondering if any knows any specific venues that offer military discounts? We are considering the NJ shore, southern NJ, Philly, Philly burbs, or in central PA. We're open to ideas at this point. Guest list will fall between 120 and 160 ppl. Waiting to see what we can make happen on our budget. Thanks!! :-D

I'm not sure, but try the Valley Forge Military Academy.  I know they do weddings, it's pretty from the pictures I've seen.  

Also what is your budget perhaps we can help w/o a discount.

I know our venue, The Down Town Club, offers a discount for military.  I don't know if that's only for returning active duty or all military.  I think the discount is close to $20 off per head which may or may not seem like a substantial amount. 

I was at a wedding at Valley Forge Military Academy last summer.  It's a very pretty setting.  Just some things to consider though: First, their chapel is not air conditioned so if you plan on a summer or early fall wedding keep that in mind.  Second, the reception ballroom is on the second floor of the hall.  Cocktail hour was on the first floor.  The only bathrooms are also on the first floor so you guests will have to go up and down two flights of steps to get to and from the bathroom during the reception.  I'm sure there was an elevator somewhere but I didn't see one nor did I look because I just used the stairs.  It may be something to consider though if you have a lot of elderly or handicap guests or a lot of stumbly drinkers.

Thanks for the info!! I have elderly relatives/disabled family coming so that wouldn't work. :-) I'll have to look into the downtown club.
