Opinions on Rivercrest Golf Club in Phoenixville?

Has anyone ever had their wedding reception at Rivercrest Golf Club or attended a reception as a guest?  What are some pros and cons? Do you recommend it?

    I have been to 2 weddings there.  It is a beautiful facility, and the food was delicious.  My only complaint was that if you are having your ceremony there, the rain option is an outside overhang with plastic on the side.  Otherwise it is a beautiful place.

    Rivercrest was a close second for me and I had a list of 20 different venues I contacted.  We decided we wanted our reception at a hotel where there is more to do between ceremony and reception since we are having a ceremony at a church earlier in the day.  If it weren't for us having a lot of out of town guests, we would have booked!  I have never attended an event there, but know people who have and they only ever had great things to say about the food and staff.  Good luck on your search!
