Cescaphe Ballroom

Has anyone been to the Cescaphe Ballroom recently for a wedding, or had their wedding there?  Strongly considering them but wanted to get some opinions...pros/cons, price, etc.?

My parents were just at 2 weddings there. They told me the food is AMAZING and the venue is a cool space, sort of non-traditional. I have a feeling it's pricey but worth it, as far as I know. Good luck!

Pros:  Amount of food, quality of food, unique venue, awesome staff, all inclusive price.

    Cons:  None.

    Sorry - I'm a Cescaphe bride!  I see no negatives ;)

You should change your screenname... you are going to be spammed to death by vendors.

I am getting married there in June!  I went to a wedding there once and immediately knew it was the venue for me.  What I like best is that it is a one-stop shop.  The price you have is correct--it is per head and includes any cake you want, all the food (which is the most amazing food i have tasted at any other wedding), tablecloths, ice sculpture, etc.  The bad part is, that you do have to recommend 200 people.

I do suggest booking fast if you choose to do it here.  I booked my June wedding last August and there was only one weekend in June left.

I'm a Cescaphe bride from May 2010 - I cannot say enough GREAT things about them.  From the start, they were fantastic to work with.  While the price (and guest minimums) are steep, I don't think you'll find a more impressive bang for your buck.  They do book up quickly for the most popular wedding months - we booked 18 months out and could not get a Saturday night in May or June - but there's definitely a good reason for it!

If they meet your budget and expected guest count, you can't go wrong with them.  GL!

  • DO NOT USE CESCAPHE EVENT GROUP.
Joe Volpe and Cescaphe are in breach of contract.
They had an operational issue at the ballroom location resulting in power and AC failure during our event. The DJ was forced to scream introductions and power went out during our first dance. And the heat was an issue throughout the event as AC units kept failing. I cannot look at my video or pictures without crying.
They were aware of this issue as we have since found out that this occured at other events there.
Joe Volpe will not accept responsibility and doesw not stand behind his company.
We have been asking for return calls, meetings, and return of any profit (not Cost) Profit from the event. Joe continues to ignore this for 19 months. We are now forced to take legal action.
JoeVolpe's greed and lack of culpabilty is dissapointing, we had very high expectations and Cescaphe has failed to meet any of them.
