Eco-Friendly Weddings

Newly Engaged- Eco Wedding Dress Designers

Hello All!

I am so excited to be newly engaged to my luv. He proposed 2 & 1/2 weeks ago and it still has not fully sunk in:) The ironic thing is that I am all about wedding planning, so I have a lot of ideas already.

We are planning an eco-friendly destination beach wedding with a vintage touch.'s a lot...but it is is him, and that is all that matters.

I just wanted some help with any eco wedding dress designers that you all may know. I have researched some, but none are really "speaking' to me. I am thinking about having my dream dress made with organic fabrics.

What do you guys think? Where did you guys get your dresses? Are they eco?

Thanks for the help & congrats!!Smile

  • Adele Weschler!!!!!  Her Eco-Cotour are the only ones that don't look "crunchy" to me.   A lot of the other eco-friendly dresses that I've seen so far seem a little to casual.

If you are OK with wearing a used wedding dress, there are lots of great sites to buy "pre-owned" dresses.  Check out and/or Because reusing something is as green as it gets!

    Congrats and good luck!
  • Thank you! I will definitely look her up.

  • Maybe not designers, but look at natural and organic fabrics, I've found that many designers seem to have most of their dresses available in at least one natural fabric.
