XP: Need Recyclable &Compostable Dinner Plates but NOT made from FOOD sources....

Need some GREEN alternatives. I came across these BIODEGRADABLE plates (CLICKY), but using food sources for green products goes against my personal beliefs. So- does anyone know of where I can find recycled biodegradable plates that are not made from food? (Food= anything that you can eat- even if it's a by product!!!)

Out of curiousity, why does using food sources for green products go against your personal beliefs?
