Re: K-E Diet!? What!

  • WOW, this is INSANE!
    weddingcake-1
  • That is ridiculous! How is losing 20 lbs in two weeks even safe?

@BridetoBe: My coworker loves the BluePrint Cleanse! She said it really helped her get on track, etc.

  • That's so gross sounding! I could never do anything like this since I love food way too much.

    Anniversary
  • That is just nuts and I agree with the comments below the article.  Her fiance is an a*s for letting her do this and it does set a terrible example for her children.

  • That is being plain 'ol stupid! Great role model she is!

  • I saw this over on the getting in shape board yesterday. There are no words.....it's really, really sad that some people would stoop to measures like that to lose weight.  diet + exercise people! the old fashioned way is the ONLY thing that works.

It does! I love it. And it made me obsessed with green juice. I now drink green juice at least 4-5 times a week for lunch or for a snack. It's delicious and SO good for you. You don't need to do the restrictive juice cleanse in order to benefit from drinking juice.

:) :) :) ditto!!!!!!!!!! juicing changed my life! you can see the benefits of juicing even by replacing just a few breakfasts or lunches a week with a big nutrient filled green juice.

my juicers recently started offering a 20 oz juice instead of their normal large of 16 oz. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  • Wow. The lazy person's diet. Don't these ppl realize that the only way to keep weight off for good is to just make smart food choices and exercise? lol.

Do you ever make your own or do you always buy it?

  • I always buy it because I don't have a juicer . . . yet. :) Hoping that's one thing that someone (or a group of people, whatever) will buy us for the wedding!  It's on our registry.

  • jumping in here...I make my own sometimes, but because I do not have a commercial grade juicer (and in fact mine was pretty cheap), it doesn't really juice greens properly. It is great for apples and carrots and pears, but not so great for kale, cabbage, parsley, and the other ingredients of a green juice.  You need to get one that is like $300+ in order to be able to make good green juice at home.  But really, a lot of times it is just easier for me to buy an $8 juice from my juicers that is full of 10 different types of greens than going out and buying all of the greens myself.
  • CRAZY!!! I don't need any tubes up my nose if not needed and I would just go buy another dress before I put my health at risk!!
  • This is insane! What happened to eating healthy and exercise?!
