I need help finding a good store the will carry good quality jewelry for me to ware without spending $$$... I am not a big fan of website shopes i like to be able to go and look at it....Please help!!!

i know you said you don't like internet shopping, but you might check out etsy.com.  there is really anything you can imagine on there, in every price range.  you can also have sellers make exactly what you want.

I got my bridesmaids insanely gorgeous earrings that were originally $98 for $17 at Off Saks! It was a steal!!!
