Offcient for March wedding

Can anyone help me? I don't even know where to start. 
How do I go about securing someone to marry us? We are having the ceremony not in a church, but not at the reception either. 
Any ideas or direction?

    I think we're going with an officiant through Journeys of the Heart http://www.journeysoftheheart.org/

    A little pricey but I think it's our only option since we don't know any clergy, judges, etc. Good luck!

    Do you know where you would like to have the ceremony? We are using Eric from Water Lily Weddings - we met with a few officiants and he seems just wonderful and easy to work with.

    We used Rev. Ronald McHatton, a non-denominational minister.  You can reach him at 610/458-7322.  He was absolutely wonderful to work with and his fee was about 1/5 of what others had quoted me.
