So, I don't know what to say other than my butt and thighs looked awesome!! But, here is the process: You get some lotions and oils to rub on "trouble spots" and then you get a jump suit thingy to put on. The pod is a dry heat bed that is very relaxing. It has a vibrating bed and aroma therapy oils that help you just let go. There is a built in CD player and head phones, and Sun Spot has about 6 cds to choose from- all relaxing stuff. You turn up the heat, lay for 30 minutes, sweat like crazy but feel amazing!! It costs $30 for members and $35 for non-members. It basically has you sweat off water weight, and the lotion made my "trouble spot" skin tight. The Broadmoor has an alpha pod, but apparently it costs like $100! The only difference in the their process is they put the lotions on for you. If you have any questions, let me know.
