Music... HELP!

Hi Girls . . . unfortunately I haven't been very active on the knot through our engagement but I was hoping I could get some advice.I am trying to figure out the songs for our ceremony and I have really hit a wall.  I don't want to do the chessy love songs but I'm having a hard time figuring out songs that would work great during the ceremony.Any suggestions on alternative ceremony music? Thanks!!

We are using David Gray's "January Rain" for our processional & Pete Townshend's "Let my love open the door" for our recessional.  All of our ceremony music will be acoustic guitar as we are getting married outdoors & our venue is rustic.  Good luck!
no identifiable siggy pictures anymore, thanks a lot stupid nest!

Okay this might be a little cheesy but for our sand ceremony we used Adam Sandler "Grow Old With You".  Everyone thought it was cute and chuckled.  I loved it because it was kinda corny and fit us perfectly.

Check out IndieBride.com in their Kvetch Section...there are several threads about alternatives to traditional ceremony music. Some of my personal faves that I would/will incorporate:-If It Wasn't For Your Love by Heather Headley-The Way I Am by Ingrid Michaelson-To Make You Feel My Love (there is a Trisha Yearwood version that is TO DIE FOR)-Anyone Else But You by the Moldy Peaches (or check out the version by Michael Cera & Ellen Page, both of these versions are on the Juno Soundtrack)-Love Me Tender by Norah Jones (gorgeous version of the Elvis Presley hit)-Seasons of Love from RentHTH!Adrienne

Guitar Flute and Strings by Moby for when our guests are being seatedSomewhere Over The Rainbow for bridal party entrance (I found a really neat version of it done in fiddle on amazon)A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes for my processional (the version i found ties in nicely with the fiddle sound in Rainbow)All You Need Is Love for on our way back up the aisle....I'd love to do it like in Love Actually but not counting on that haha

We're having our Dj mix everything together kind of like a club DJ remix of songs to make it more personal.
