Photographer Recommendations

Hey girls, So I might need a back up plan for a photographer. My step sister is supposed to do them for us but there has been some family... well drama I guess you could say. I would love to hear from you all about wedding photographers you recommend. And also any photographers I should avoid! Thanks girls!Emily

I think most girls on here love their photographers so I'm sure you'll get lots of responses! We are using Rachel Terry @ Stellar Photography in Grand County. She's very talented & one of the most affordable photographers we researched!

If you scroll back a couple pages you should see a few posts with quite a few responses for photographers. I used Real Photography and have amazing photos as a result (PIB if you are interested).

We're using Porchlight Images- they're still relatively new, so they have great work for amazing prices! We got their biggest package (e pics, hi res images of e pics, unlimited hrs on wedding day, 2 photogs, hi res images of wedding pics, a 10x10 album (which we weren't initially planning on getting right away for budget reasons while meeting w/photographers) because it was still WELL within our price range! They're really fun and don't try to gouge you on prices (prints, only providing medium res pics and making you pay extra for the hi res ones, etc). Let them know Jen sent you!Good luck!

We are using Rene Tate Photography! She is soo sweet, accommodating and her pictures are beautiful.

I used Melissa Beck... we're waiting for our pro pics, but I know they'll be beautiful! She does fantastic work!

We're using Julie Harris Photography.  She's more on the pricey side but is more than well worth it in my opinion and so fantastic to work with!  You can't help but totally love her the minute you meet her.

We used Rennard Photography and LOVED them!!! they did such a great job on our engagement and wedding pictures! i very highly recommend them! they're a husband and wife team which works out great because before the ceremony Julianna got pictures of me and the girls getting ready and Nathan got pictures of the guys. they are very creative and fun to work with and i'm in love with all our pictures! they're the best decision we made for booking our wedding

I have "worked/ modeled" with a lot of photographers in the area. I just started working with a great photographer who just relocated from Texas. I now work with her exclusively! She is great so much fun to work with.She has a lot of experience but her rates are really really affordable since she is just getting established in the area.
