For your information. This is a copy of two emails I recieved from Amy. These have been cut and pasted. You decide for yourself if this is a vendor you would like to use for your "once in a lifetime event." I wish I would have know.Written by Amy Bruntz: (EMAILED one day before the wedding??????) Sure glad I checked my email. Phew! I was hoping that I could get some info for the wedding cake I have tried to get intouch with Lindsey but I am sure she is way busy. These are the things I need: 1. Venue Address2. Time of Ceremony and Reception and if they are located in the same location. 3. What time I can get in to deliver the cake for you on Saturday. ------------------------------------------------------------------This is the latest email to me from Amy. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY and see if this is indeed a person you want to do business with. Let me get this straight.....If I retract my review I might see my refund? What ever happened to the fact that the top fell to the floor, the topper and spinner broke, and the flavors were WRONG! This is all about money with Amy. Integrity is not a value she possesses. My daughter searched long and hard for the perfect cake topper. My daughter never saw the topper on her cake. So disappointing. FYI: My email works fine.Written by Amy Bruntz: I just read the review that you gave me as well and you know I don't know with those lingering around if I can refund your money...maybe you can delete it and I will be glad to refund the money. But I don't think that is a fair response given everything that I have done...and offered to do. Your venue didn't even have the freaking air on give me a break!! So please let me know if you would like to have the money returned to you.
