Most of these are preferred caterers at our venue, but I went with another preferred caterer, The Gourmet Kitchen.  Much better value for the money. But of you list...Biscuits and Berries had decent food, but ignored a lot of my feedback regarding my menu selections and took a long time to respond to e-mails.  It took them over two months to give me a final proposal after we had our tasting.  By that time, I'd already made my choice.Catering by Design didn't fit our budget. The Food Guy was slow in replying to requests for information.  I contacted them by phone, e-mail, and in person at a bridal show and they still never sent me a proposal.  We'd tried their food at three different bridal shows and thought the food was hit or miss, but contacted them anyway because we kept hearing they had the best prices.Footers had difficulty coming up with options within our budget that we were satisfied with.  Ditto goes for Occasions by Sandy.  Occasions by Sandy did have awesome tasting food though.  Gourmet Fine Catering had a great menu and good food, but they charge too many hidden fees.Three

Oops, I hit the wrong button...I meant to say that Three Tomatoes and Tony Roscacci have great menus and good food, but were out of our budget.

I got married on 9/12 and used Epicurean. They were great! Not sure on your budget, they came in at about $24/person for seated dinner with 6 different apps, salad, chicken & steak dinner, potatoes & veggies. I was really happy with them. Their staff is awesome too! Our day was freezing and one of the waiters brought out a blanket for me after pictures. Highly recommend them! We decided to go with them for a reason too, with the economy we didn't want to get "burned" by a small caterting company going out of business because of the economy. Epicurean is really large (they do everything at the Pepsi center) So, I didn't really have a worry about them going under. Something you might want to consider with the "smaller" companies. Good luck!

We are getting married next May and we are using Occasions by Sandy, we were just so happy with Alaneyer, our coordinator she has gone above and beyond scheduling all of our appointments, getting us quotes on DJs and the food was awesome. We are doing tasting stations, and paying 4000 for everything except tables and chairs for 90 people. I think they had cheaper options if you did a buffet. It was a little more than we wanted to spend, but I just trusted them so much more then some other places. Biscuits and Berries: out of our price range Catering by design: slow to get back to us Gourmet: out of our price range because not really interested in talking about anything past your standard salmon. Footers: first quote was about 2000 over what I told them I wanted to spend Hope that helps

We went to a tasting/dinner The Food Guy was having at 4 Mile Park with a few other vendors there (I'm not sure how often they have them, but you might want to contact them and ask if you're considering them) and we weren't impressed with the food or the pricing. The cake was REALLY good though (by Azucar bakery)! lol

We are doing breakfast, so the pricing could be different for a dinner.  We have tastings coming up, but just off of the proposals I can tell you how they compare for pricing. This is also taking into account that we have to rent everything from them, so that went into our price quotes.Footers - best pricing and has been super responsiveCatering by Design - never responded back after 2 callsEpicurean - out of our budgetThe Food Guy - in the middle for pricingBiscuits & Berries - out of budgetGourmet Fine Catering - in the middle for pricing, not fabulous on responding.  Read some bad reviews on them on citysearch, so a little nervous.Occasions by Sandy - 3rd best for pricing, ok on responsiveness, but have read some good reviews on them. Doing a tasting with them.Tony's - out of budgetAnother one that had great pricing was Panache Catering, don't know if they are on your list.  I contacted all 27 caterers that were on the approved list, some never even got back to me, so I knocked them off the list.  Good luck!
