In regards to you catering response, do you mind me asking what your catering budget was?How many guests and were you doing plated or buffet?Tasha

    Not at all...Our budget was $2500 (food, labor, taxes, and service fee) for 85 people.  Our current food charges are about $2800 (food, labor, taxes, and service fee).  I originally wanted to family style, but because the cost of labor and dishware was so high with most companies, we decided to do buffet.  If you're curious about our menu, I think I put it in my bio.  I think I also have pictures of our food.  If not, I'll gladly e-mail them.
