Costco.com $227 for invites, response card, thank you cards, all the envelopes, shipping and tax.

We ordered ours from davidsbridal.com.  Very good prices and the quality was great.

don't know where you are located, but we went though the fancy envelope.  It's a gal that lives in Windsor.  She has a ton of selection and was great for the entire ordering process!http://www.thefancyenvelope.com/

We went to a Papyrus Stationary Store... they make it easy to get calligraphy done through them also!

We are getting our invitations from Platinum Invitations & Stationery.  She had me amazing specials going on in the off season (even though we aren't getting married until next year) so I booked her now!!  I think her business is pretty new so there isn't a lot on her blog, but when we met her in person and sat down with her book - AWESOME WORK.her blogsitehttp://platinvites.wordpress.com/announcements/off-season-pricing-discounts/Hope this helps.

Costco is where we got ours and they beat everybody's prices. If you just go online you don't ever have to put a membership number in.
