incredibly affordable location for party/wedding

I just toured a place called The Black Swan (and before someone jumps and says, "She's posted twice about them... she must be working for them!"... uh... no....) and thought I'd tell folks about it.  I am in need of a CHEAP location for our engagement party and we're going to have it here.  We were going to do it at our house, but with four kids... no way was it ever going to get cleaned before the party date! The Black Swan is a row home turned into an event facility.  Since it's a private home, they don't suffer from time limitations.  They had a Halloween party there last night that went on until 6am.  It's a two story house with street parking out front and a full lot in back, and a cheap pay lot right across the street.  They have an enclosed tent one can use out back for extra room, your smoker guests, etc... The place is well maintained and comes with surround sound and karaoke (not my thing, but the sound system works with my Ipod and it kicks butt).  You can bring your own food, alcohol, decorations, whatever.... clean up is included in the price.  They have tables, chairs, linens, a game room upstairs to keep kids occupied...The place will comfortably hold up to 75, but I think 50 is pushing it.  One bathroom... porta potty rental is always an option.  I liked that it's a house.  It feels comfortable and warm and the wood floors and high ceilings are lovely.  Cozy.If you're on an extreme budget like me, you might want to check them out.

Sounds interesting! We technically already reserved our venues (Evans Chapel and Tuscan ballroom at DU), but now I'm curious about this "Black Swan" you speak of. Do you know of any pics online? I (half heartedly) looked, but didn't find anything.
