WTB: Simple White dress Local sale only please!

I am posting this on the Local board as I only want to buy locally.

I am looking to Buy (Locally only please) a simple white long dress to wear at my reception. some bing is ok. I can only afford $100 or less.

Size 16-18 (unless it's a lace up back corset style then no smaller then a 6)

I am 5'3 but will have 2 or 3 inch heels on if it's longer then that no worries i can have it hemed.

I would preferrer not to have a train or a very small train where it dosn't need ot be buslted.
