Justice of the Peace, or non-religious officiant

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has any recomendations for a Justice of the Peace or other non-religious officiant. My fiance and I aren't particularly religous, and so far none of my online searches have turned up anything.

Ideally we'd love someone bilingual in Portuguese and English, but if they're only English speaking, that would work too.

    I know you posted this awhile ago, but did you find anyone?  We're looking for a non-denominational officiant as well, and I'm actually 50% Portuguese, so that would be a plus!  Thanks :)
