Victorian House Event Center in Golden?

I am looking for some information on this venue. Has anyone heard anything about it? We are going to see it this weekend but I wanted to know a little about the place first. Thanks for the help!

    My friend Sam had her wedding there a couple years ago. There's great pictures, and from what I've heard, it was a good time!

    I am also interested in this venue but their website offers very little information.  Can you tell me anything about it and whether they do catering?

    Went to a friends wedding there last year. As far as I know it does not include catering but price is reasonable.... 

    A few things to think about - The ceremony was interrupted by people at Heritage Square as it this venue is located right by the entrance. Also the pics looked great but it was a bit run down, and kind small (depending on wedding size). They had about 50-70 guests and it felt cramped.
