Marriage License?

So my fiancee and I are from out of state. We are coming in two days before the wedding. But I keep reading online that some states have a 3 day waiting period for their marriage license. I cant find the rules with this for Colorado!! Is there a waiting period? That would really put me in a bind.

There are no waiting periods unless you have been married before. You will need to show up at a DMV office with two valid ID's ( yours and his). You will both have to be there fori it.  They would like drivers liscenses though. You will also need to have or at least know your social secruity number. It's thirty bucks and it's valid anywhere in the state. You have thirty days to use it and it has to be mailed back. Hope that helps.
