Brides Against Breast Cancer Donation?

My wedding was July 21st of last year. It was the most amazing day of my life!!! I have yet to send my dress anywhere to get "preserved". I just had a thought that I should donate my dress to Brides Against Breast Cancer. Have any of you done this or have an opinion on donating?

    I've been considering this also, if none of my female relatives are interested in my dress.  I paid a lot for my dress, and it seems like it would be such a waste to have it sit in my closet after our wedding.  I'd be very interested in hearing what you decide to do.
