Catholic help please!

We are both Catholic but we are getting married outside, not in a church.  We can't find a priest that will marry us outside and our back up plan just fell through.  ( we were going to fly in a priest who agreed to marry us outside but he had something come up)  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I think we might end up getting a minister and having  a priest bless our marriage later.  My FI's father is not super excited about this idea.  :0)

I already found my minister but when I was looking for someone to perform my wedding I kept coming across a lot of Catholic Priest (some of which were retired) that were willing to do all sorts of weddings outside.  I am getting married outside too!  Anyway, check out this site for all the ministers/priests you are interested in.  The Catholic priest who I came across that I thought would be great but wasn't available is named Fr. Joseph Dang.  I found him on this site: http://www.decidio.com/ and if you mention you found him on Decidio he will give you a discount.
