Green Gables Country Club - opinions please!

Hello! 

I'm recently engaged and planning my wedding for August 2011 - has anyone had a wedding or been to a wedding at the Green Gables Country Club?  We're planning a wedding for 300 people, and tentatively planning to use GGCC with the ceremony next to the lake and the reception indoors (or possibly in a tent on the terrace).  Your opinions/tips/information/experiences with this venue are much appreciated!    Thank you!!

    i've never even heard of it!

    going off to google....

    i didn't know about this place, and i'm jewish! ha! i'll have to ask my FI about it..

    I've seen pictures of weddings there and they were beautiful, but have never been.  Sorry I don't have any info.
