Ceremony location in Denver West/Golden area

So, I have the reception venue and am now looking for a ceremony site.  We don't belong to any churches and don't plan on joining any time soon so that seems to limit our options a lot. 

We have looked at Foothills Chapel in Golden but are there any other  venues I should look at? (Red Rocks is way out of my price range though I do love it!)  I'm trying to keep the cost down and will only have about 100 people....and of course given its Colorado weather could be an issue so if its outside I need a covered option available.

We are getting married and having our reception at Mount Vernon Event Center in Golden. Its right off of 6th ave. It doesn't look like much from the outside (and yes there is a correctional facility way down the road) but it is BEAUTIFUL on the inside and the courtyard. I have tons of pictures if you want to see what it looks like that aren't on there website just let me know. They are also very reasonable in price and there food is really good.

Do they do ceremony only?   I already have a reception site but don't really want to do the ceremony at the same place (its a hotel). 

The Foothills Chapel which we want only has 2-4 available on our date and our reception is not until 6 which gives our guest two hours....with so many people traveling I don't want to do that big a gap.  Other than try and bump our reception back to starting at 5, anyone have any other ceremony location suggestions?
