My poor engagement ring!

My FI and I have been engaged since May 29th of this year and my engagement ring is gorgeous

Anyways, I went to Helzberg Diamond to show my mother my bridal band my FI and I picked out. My engagement ring is from there so it fit perfectly! While I was trying on the band the very pushy sales representive decided to take my ring in the back to polish but checked to see how tight the diamonds are before shoving it in the box to get cleaned. She comes back and says the diamonds look perfect and started the timer.

15 minutes later... (Only should take 3 mins)

She gives me back my ring with 2 diamonds missing!! She apologizes and said set the pressure to high "accidently" I won't get my ring back for another 7 days...

Good news: I get 40% off our wedding bands
Bad news: Everyone at work thinks I am mad at my FI and decided not to wear my ring.

    Yay for the discount, but seriously? What a moron! And you should try to make up some really great story about the fight you guys had :P make it funny

    Yeah, you guys are correct huge moron. Good thing the FI wants a Tungston which are one of the cheapest wedding bands out there.

    Ahh.. drama and I still have 330 more days till my wedding!

    If you FI wants a tungsten ring look on ebay. We found a gorgeous one for under $40
    Looks exactly like this but we ordered from someone else on ebay(these guys are on there too...had a friend order from them and she loved her FI's ring)

    My ering came from Helzberg too and they royally messed it up the first time. My FI had it engraved and they put MY last name instead of his in it. Long story short I got an even more beautiful ring for 1/2 the price.
