Affordable Outdoor Ceremonies in the Denver area?

Okiedokie everyone, help me out here.

Fiance and I are getting married in September, and are looking to have our ceremony outdoors. Yes, the idea of Colorado and outdoor weddings can be hit or miss, but the idea of having it in the beautiful Colorado landscape we both love...is perfect.

So, have any advice about affordable outdoor venues? We've already looked into the Butterfly Pavilion, which has a covered garden that would be wonderful. So...that's an option, but we're looking for others.

Suggestions, advice, ideas?

do you want to be up in the hills or in denver/boulder?  i was searching and there are lots of little horse farms or ranches up in the mountains that do weddings, it's kind of a destination even if you live here.  there are probably cool places up in genessee, idaho springs, clear creek or gilpin counties too, and they would be cheaper (i would think) than destinations up in summit county.

what about wash park boathouse, city park in denver, or chautauqua up in boulder? not sure about prices.....you'd have to check the parks and rec pages for info i think.

one of my girlfriends got married at the corkhouse restaurant in october.  they did the ceremony on the patio and the reception inside with heavy appetizers.  it was an awesome wedding!  she said it was pretty affordable and they worked with her.  it's a GREAT patio.  no real views though.

denver botanical gardens is GORGEOUS for weddings though probably a little pricey?  but check it out.  you'd barely have to decorate at all so maybe you could move some of your budget around?
