Health and Fitness check in Tuesday

I made it to the gym last week and did HIIT on the treadmill and I went walking over the weekend. I have to do better with my diet, though. I am going to try to go to the gym tomorrow, I have two meetings after work so I doubt I'll make it to the gym tonight.

I need to get my ass in gear! I've got 25 days until the wedding and still haven't even started working out!

I went to the gym last night and did a back workout. Even though the weights were lighter than I used to use, it still aggravated my shoulder a bit, so that sucks. If I go tonight, I'm going to do bis and tris.. Hopefully that won't hurt. I just won't do any overhead motion.
