Service Staff

We need service staff for our backyard wedding without a caterer. Anyone know where is a good place to look? We basically need a dishwasher and food plating.

    Try culinary art students.  Anyone can wash dishes, but they need the practice with plating and presentation.  Good luck!

    I second contacting a culinary school. I hired someone for a previous event from the culinary program at the local junior college (she was amazing btw). I'll be hiring someone to help out at my wedding too.
