Teachers re name change

I am down the shore at the moment and have a question, so I'm not really around.  

How do I change my name on my teaching cert, PA?  Can I do this from The UK do you think?  Should I fill out the paperwork and then have my mom fill it in?

My priest gave us the marriage license on Sat, we are going to Norristown tomorrow to get the raised seal cert.  I will then go right to get a new DL and SSN.  I will have to do the passport from London as I need to get there.

I think if you go on the PDE website they have instructions. THink it cost another $100, that's why I'm waiting til after my Aug wedding to apply for my Level II

There is actually no fee at all if you do a name change.  Here's the link to the form, which you can mail in easy peazy with a copy of your marriage license (a photocopy is OK here, no need for the fancypants one with the raised seal):

ETA: I got married within a year of applying for my Level II certification and was diectly told by the dude over the phone I spoke to at PDE that the process was made easier if I changed my name first, since they are two completely separate processes with two different forms.
