Wedding coordinators?

Did any one use a wedding coordinator for the WHOLE planning process, not just day of? I'm not even engaged and I'm already getting anxious about planning a wedding by myself in just 7 months... especially because I am probably going to be working full time and taking 6 classes next semester to get done. I would love to hear anyone's experience with a coordinator, including who they used, price, etc. Feel free to PM me if need be!

Proud to plan is amazing. They were my DOC but helped me so much along the way. Erin answered any questions I had and gave me recommendations for vendors as well. Give them a call!!

    LOVED Heidi with Entertain Me

She really helped me with a few issues (esp MIL).  It was like working with a friend.  I cannot recommend her enough.

I second Proud to Plan. Erin's my wedding planner, not just DOC. She's awesome.

I'm using Caitlin from Just be the Bride --- she's FANTASTIC.  She's great at researching and recommending vendors and getting me good deals with those vendors.  She came with me to each of my floral meetings, met with the florists in advance, and even passed along all of my preliminary info (name, dates, people who need flowers, etc) so that by the time I met with the florists, we just discussed the fun stuff and didn't have to spend an hour dictating the particulars.  She's also been fantastic at helping me with my event design, keeping me on schedule, and managing my budget.  I really can't recommend her enough (and vendors that I  meet with all tell me that she's great to work with, too!)

We are working with Rebecca from Queen of Hearts and she is fantastic!  The company is highly regarded, reliable, and super easy to work with.  She is doing a great job of keeping us in our budget, only researching and recommending vendors that she knows will fit our needs, and is setting up all of our appointments for us.  They have various packages you can choose from, which is great, and they are very flexible.  She attends our appointments with us and is great about keeping in contact.

TheEventNanny specializes in day-of-event coordinating, but will also do full service. Two coordinators, both have professional event experience in the corporate sector.
