A car  flipped over in front of me on my way to work this morning on Lincoln Drive ...This the SECOND time in less than a year that this has happened to me..it FREAKS me the H*LL Out...like people SLOW down on Lincoln Drive especially when the roads are WET...both drivers survived. So my nerves are on edge and I come to work and I'm the first one here...I guess I'm the only one in my department that pushed themselves out the bed to be to work on time...but it was scary being in my office alone after witnessing that accident on LD...ughh...

Onto happier news...as you all know I ordered my wedding shoes this week so I can't wait for them to arrive...I'm so tempted to take them to the Bridal shop and look at them next to the sample dress I ordered, I just might lol. Tomorrow I am going to a show my FI organized and Sunday I want to try brunch at Manayunk Brewery..I heard it's REALLY nice with live jazz...

I am still in Barcelona for work.. Today we only had a half day of meetings thank god! I am so exhausted it has been such a long week and the jet- lag does not help.  Tomorrow we have afternoon meetings so I at least get to sleep in and tonight I get to go to dinner without taking care of anyone else!

Bliss - That sounds really scary! Were they right in from of you? I'm glad you weren't involved in the accident! Also, I would totally go to the store and see what the dress looks like with the shoes, lol.

As usual, neutral on the fact that it's Friday... my weekends are kind of dull, lol. At least I sleep in tomorrow. Starting next week, I'm going to have a lot of time off because one of the families I nanny for is having a new baby! She's supposed to delivery via c-section on the 27th (which is a week before her due date) but they have a feeling they're going to have to deliver her even earlier. She has gestational diabetes and she had high blood pressure the other day so they just want to make sure they don't wait too long and have complications. I think everything should be okay and I can't wait to meet the new baby girl! Eight weeks off unpaid kinda stinks but I do have 2 other jobs (each once a week) that will get me through. I'll just have to tighten my belt a little, lol.

This week, I went dress shopping on Wednesday with all my girls (minus my youngest sister, grr... don't get me started) and my mom. I had so much fun and I fell in love with the third dress I tried on. As soon as I walked out, everyone was like, "That is your dress!" I still tried a bunch of others on, but none of them came close to the other one. However, there was one that I fell in love with online that the store didn't have. It's similiar to the one I fell in love with (same designer too) but different enough that I just felt like I have to try it on before I make a decision. I actually almost bought the other dress regardless but my friend urged me to try the other one on first and I'm so glad she did! I would have regretted it otherwise. I called around, found the dress and I'm going with 2 of the girls to try it on Monday! Unfortunately, the store doesn't have the other one to compare, but I did take pictures. I'll try to take some pics of the dress I'm trying on Monday so that I can post on here and you ladies can help me decide!

I don't really have any plans for the weekend.. FI wanted to go out tomorrow just the two of us to get some drinks and talk because we don't get out much, but we both forgot it's St. Patty's day and that's really not going to be the best time to go out for a chill night. We'll probably end up going out with his friends or something instead. I'm not big on these drinking holidays, I think the bars get too crowded and it's really overrated, but I just have a feeling FI will want to because he rarely sees his friends bc of school. If I'm lucky, he'll want to stay in and drink wine, but we'll see.

This is really long, I'm in a chatty mood today, haha.. but I'll end it here or nobody will read it! Hope everyone has a great Friday/weekend!

I just mailed a hefty check to our venue.  Ouch!
This weekend I plan on shopping for my wedding jewelry and "window" shopping for shoes for my wedding party (our 5 children )

Today I mailed the deposit to the florist, picked out the tuxes at Men's Wearhouse, and looked at wedding rings. 

Tomorrow morning I work, and then FI & I are heading out with one of his GMs & his girlfriend for St. Patty's day. We're not sure where we're going yet though.

Sunday the same 4 of us are going to the Philadelphia Union game. GM got us tickets for Christmas. I'm very excited for it!
