Hi all,

Are witnesses required to sign the marriage license/certificate in PA? Not that it matters really, I know who I'd want it to be - I'm just curious!

we got ours at City Hall, and only our preist was required to sign it

No witnesses. You and your FI don't even need to sign it - Just your officiant.
