London Floral

Hi ladies,

This is my first post. I have heard from all my NE Philly girls that London is one of the best, most reasonable places to use for flowers. Most of my friends got married a few years ago and don't have details they can give me on this place.

Has anyone out there used them recently? Are they reliable? I don't need centerpieces, just the church flowers and personal flowers (bridesmaids, groomsmen, bride/groom, parents, gparents, readers etc). If anyone has any estimates to help with budgeting or any advice on dealing with this vendor please share. Thanks!

I think this place might be called London Creative Floral.

I know they are located in the NE now... And VERY GOOD PRICED. I dont know if they are still open, I know the owner sadly died, but her brother might have taken over the buisness. London Creative Florist old number is 2156340505....you can try to call that number because when I did they had a machine with their new number and they are now located on Mcnaulty , i think. I looked into them for my wedding but they dont do center city weddings anymore : ( Good Luck !

Thanks jamiebean! (and good luck to you too!) I called that number and spoke to someone. They are reserving my date, but he only took my name and number and said to call when I have a swatch to show them. My wedding is over a year away (11/24/12), so that won't be for a bit.

I hope the quality is the same as with the other owner, because the flowers I've seen were phenomenal.

Any other feedback is welcomed. Thanks.

I used London 2 years ago and was completely thrilled with them.  It is not their policy to work on your wedding until a few months out.  Here's a copy of my review of them that I posted on wedding wire:

London was great. Every Northeast Philly bride I know uses them. Their prices simply cannot be beat. Flowers were not a great priority to me but Jay took my ideas and ran with them. They don't do mock ups so I only had an idea in my head of what they would look like on the day of. The flowers were better than I expected. During my final meeting, my mom also ordered pew bows (a detail which we completely forgot about). They were relatively inexpensive and Jay went and set them all up at the church.
