Rustic Barn Venue Within 2 Hrs of NJ?

Hi! I'm new here (well, I created an account awhile ago, but just got engaged on Christmas day!) My boy.... I mean, finance and I would like to get married in Sept. or early Oct. 2012- but the place I fell in love with is completely booked through 2013.... I've been googling my heart out for a very rustic barn to hold our reception in for about 175 people with a high ceiling and exposed beams :) I mean, it is a barn afterall.  Below is the link of the one I LOVED and lost.  Any suggestions within 2 hours of New Jersey (North/Central or South) are welcome! And I come from a family with 5 girls, so budget is limited... Thanks!!!

AHHH! That might be perfect!!! My dad's family is from Bethlehem and still resides there actually and my parents renewed their vows in a church there- he passed away several years ago so if I got married in that church it would be extra special- you may have just made my wedding day 1000000x more special than I could have dreamed.  Thank you so much! <3

I would suggest Normandy Farm, but they may be out of budget.  They run about $110 pp for a Saturday night wedding.

that Bethlehem venue looks fantastic! There is also Prallsvile Mill in Nj that is rather barn like and rustic! However the vendor for tables etc. can be a pain to work with http://home2.netcarrier.com/~drms/rentals.html

I'm booking the barn at Tinicum State Park in Erwinna, PA which is just north of New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ.  It is $150 an hour and if you rent for the full day (7 hours) you also get all day Friday and Sunday for set-up and breakdown.  I found this Flickr stream which has great photos of it.  It can hold a lot of people and you can set a tent up as well.  It is an amazing deal. The Delaware river is right across the road and the park is pretty.  The only drawback is that guests have to use the park restroom which I haven't seen (closed when I looked) but they are very close.

And if that wasn't enough, the Erwin-Stover House is right next to it and they also will rent that.  I'm going to try and get both for the day.  The house is Federal style with sparse period furnishings and pretty outside.  Some pictures online don't do it justice as it now has a nice porch in front.  That is likely where I will have my ceremony and then move over to the barn for reception.
This is the best picture I could fine online.

For info call Bucks County Parks at 215-348-6627.  I feel so luck to have found this place.  It is a blank slate that you can do whatever you want with.
