Hibachi Ballroom Penns Landing

Has anyone ever been to a wedding here?  I really wanted to do a wedding close to the city since I now live in LA and a lot of people will be traveling for the wedding.  Most venues are out of my budget, but this place is in my budget.

I just want to know if it was nice inside and if it is worth looking at when i return home next month.

I can't speak as to the ballroom, but the restaurant itself isn't that nice. We went for my sister's birthday last year and I remember thinking that while the view of the river and the bridge was nice, the actual restaurant was pretty crappy. We sat in the actual Hibachi area, I'm not sure if other parts of the restaurant and the ballroom are nicer.

I went to see the ballroom and was disappointed that you have to walk through the entire restaurant to get to the ballroom.  Maybe try the Independent Seaport Musuem

I had my bachelorette party there on saturday, it's OK looking.. the view is amazing though. I have a bunch of pictures standing next to the window where the bridge is. The chart house has a very nice view.. and alot nicer inside then the hibachi.

Im getting married there in april and was there about a week ago. They may have done renovation becasue it was very clean and nothing looked old. The Ballroom is nice but the ceiling is drab (im hanging paper lanterns to dress it up). The cocktail lounge is big and had a great bar and the walk past the small sushi bar to the ballroom helps tie in the japanese theme, if thats what your going for. Overall: nice
